In a peaceful environment with low housing in Galini of Oreokastro and at a building site of 1.820 m2 a block of eight maisonettes is constructed.

Each residence may use the land exclusively in the front and back and the entrance is independent.

Six of the residences are developed in four levels, out of which the lowest one is a basement operating mainly as a parking.

The other two residences are developed in three levels, parking places included in their exclusive area.

All maisonette levels connect to each other through a ladder and an elevator.
